"Since I’ve been in Canada for 25 years I had the pleasure of owning 5 houses which I’ve sold 4 of them and let me tell you, none of them compared to Kashan Chaudhary.

He sold my parent’s house in a way that was very pleasant to my parents and he made sure to make everything very easy and simple as my dad has a heart condition and they can’t speak English but Kashan made sure everything went smooth.

He came in with an amazing game plan which one of my parent’s neighbors complained saying that Kashan didn’t know what he was doing and he was upset because he wanted to put his house for sale next.

Long story short, Kashan strategy worked like a charm and my parent’s sold their house that it was listed at only mid 200s for a little short of half million.

"I don’t know where to begin with Kashan. My spouse and I have been a victim of the crazed first time home buyer blues for the last 5 months. We were getting hopeless. Our budget was not cut out for a market like the one we were dealing with. We had a realtor before this one who was rude and very well told us we were hopeless and didn’t put in any time or effort into us - at all.
